The last of the Summer harvest

It's the change of seasons - leaves are falling, temperatures are dropping and Masterchef is on...! And so, in that spirit, we've used the last of the summer produce in our garden to make Red Chilli flakes! Our resident Master Chef (our son) has put together a video on how he made them, super easy! A behind the scenes tip from the chef - dehydrating the chilli's took about 5 hours in the oven on the lowest temperature.

Now that the summer veggies are finishing up it's the perfect time to plant winter veggies! The most popular of winter veggies are the Brassicas, which include broccoli, cauliflower and cabbages. These veggies will be ready in 10-12 weeks, so they're good to get in to the ground now. We've got lots in stock and plenty of others too! Stock changes daily so give us a call if you'd like to check on something in particular. We can put it aside for you for our "call and collect" contactless pick up or we have local delivery options too.
